Welcome! Congratulations on beginning the search for a therapist, I'm happy to have you here. I firmly believe that every person requires an entirely unique approach to mental wellness. I also believe that mental wellness is a journey not a destination. There is no perfection required in my sessions, in fact I think our struggles are part of what makes each of us so beautifully unique.
My approach is entirely centered on what will work best for your unique needs. Some people need more somatic approaches and some prefer more cognitively based interventions. I am competent in both and work with you to best discover where in the spectrum you lie. Together we will build an effective and supportive 'toolkit' that you can draw on while working to understand your inner world.
My practice is a safe space for you to explore your thoughts and emotions. I am dedicated to understanding your perspective in all matters and work to center your narrative throughout our work. No matter your background, culture, or creed I am here to learn more about you and what has made you you.

Navigate complex relationship dynamics and develop healthier communication patterns and interpersonal connections. This work can take place in individual, family, or couples therapy.
Trauma Recovery
I provide a nurturing space to process trauma, rebuild a sense of safety, and move towards post-traumatic growth. I am certified in trauma therapeutic practices and have worked with individuals with trauma for many years.
